1.Material Requirements: This product is a bio-based antimicrobial and anti-fouling glazed coating. Thinning is not recommended for this two-component product. Add Component B to the Component A container, then use a low‑speed drill fitted with a paddle mixer to blend the mixture until completely uniform. Mix for 5 minutes, allow it to stand for another 5 minutes, and it is then ready for application. Once mixed, the material must be used within 2 hours; after that, it will thicken and become difficult to apply.

2. Application Environment: Do not apply if the ambient temperature is below 5°C or above 35°C, or if the relative humidity (RH) exceeds 85%.

3.Substrate Conditions: The age of concrete or plaster substrate must meet requirements (plaster: at least 14 days; concrete: at least 1 month). Moisture content ≤10%, pH value ≤10. Substrate must be sound, flat, free of oil, dust, cracks, and pinholes.

1. Substrate Preparation: Remove dust, grease, and loose mortar from the substrate surface. Fill pores and cracks with cement mortar or special patching materials. For old walls, remove loose paint films, level with putty, sand smooth, clean, and allow to dry. Treat the surface using 200-grit sandpaper or an angle grinder to ensure the substrate is level, clean, and free of contaminants.

2. Application Methods: It may be applied by roller, brush, or airless spray.

3. Final Cleanup: Upon completion of application, clean up any paint splatters and remove protective coverings from doors, windows, and equipment.

The finished surface must be flat, smooth, and uniform in color, free from sagging, wrinkling, missed spots, or insufficient coverage. Internal and external corners must be straight and well‑defined, with clear lines. Adhesion must meet requirements, with no peeling or cracking. The coating requires 7 days of curing (at 25°C) before normal use. In low-temperature environments, the curing period should be extended accordingly.
