On July 18, Zhongjiang Tai'E held a comprehensive Production Safety Conference, attended by the leadership team and all employees.
During the meeting, the General Administration Department communicated the directives from the Group's 2025 Semi-Annual Safety Summary Meeting and distributed key safety policy documents. The session included educational screenings of workplace accident case studies and fire safety tutorials, focusing on the "Four Understandings and Three Competencies." Through rigorous case analysis and professional briefings, the initiative aimed to strengthen safety responsibility and emergency response capabilities across the workforce.
The conference underscored that production safety is the fundamental guarantee of the company's development. The leadership has issued three key mandates:
● Elevate safety awareness by enforcing accountability at every level to foster a culture of collective vigilance.
● Establish a long-term mechanism for hazard identification, using regular and specialized inspections to mitigate risks and ensure safety measures are fully implemented.
● Normalize safety training and emergency drills to enhance the entire staff's proficiency in coordinated emergency response.
