On December 19, the Zhongjiang Tai'E Trade Union organized a themed event titled "Learning Synergy & Winter Vignettes". The entire leadership and staff visited the company's R&D Center for technical exchange, followed by a winter hiking and photography excursion to Wuxiang Mountain.
At the R&D Center, employees toured the front lines of scientific research to gain a deeper understanding of technical breakthroughs and innovative achievements, further strengthening their sense of mission and professional responsibility. The team then moved to Wuxiang Mountain for a group hike. As they navigated the mountain trails, staff captured the serene beauty of the winter woods and heartwarming moments of team interaction through their lenses, fully showcasing the collaborative and energetic spirit of the workforce.
A "Snap & Share" photography competition was held concurrently, receiving numerous entries that highlighted winter landscapes and team camaraderie. Following a review and vote, honors such as "Best Visual" and "Best Composition" were awarded.
By organically combining academic exchange with physical activity, the event not only deepened employees' alignment with the company's growth but also fostered team cohesion through dialogue and time spent in nature. In doing so, it breathed new vitality into the corporate culture.
